When Molly bought a computer

"To the family of Molly,

Molly was a much loved friend of mine. I spent many happy hours in her company listening to her stories about her idyllic childhood, her time spent in the armed forces during the war, her visits to Canada to see her dear sister Peggy and the "boys", and of her life with Tim. I am sure these are stories that she has shared with you all many times. She was fascinating to listen to, such a lovely character.

I remember getting a phone call from Molly a few years back "Darling I want to buy a computer will you come with me?", and so started our Monday morning sessions, bless her. I don't really think she grasped it but we had such fun trying. These sessions often ended with Molly saying 'That's enough for this morning. Shall we go to the Railway for a fish n' chip lunch or shall we have a sherry?'

Molly will never be forgotten. If you are lucky you meet people along life's journey that make such an impression that their memory will always remain with you. I will always think of Molly as a truly special lady with the biggest and kindest of hearts. My thoughts are with you."
